Big room, big bed, decent shower, mini fridge and a long wall table to store all my gear
No lift, 3 story climb for my room, roads outside extreme traffic and reaching an mrt would take more than 20 mins

Nice room
Specifically asked for a parking space, was not able to get one. No lift and I’m 6 months pregnant and no help was offered by staff to take the bags etc. up to the room.

Good location
the location is good. in the city centre and business area. and there’s the bar at the ground floor.
- the car parking is quite limited. don’t recommend for anyone who drive. - we found almost midnight that there was only 1 towel in the room. So i called the reception and the answer was ‘we ran out of towel because the laundry service haven’t delivered the towel yet’ the receptionist offered us to use the old towel (torn towel) and we have no choice. with the price i did not expect high quality of service but basic facilities.
